On to Winslow, AZ and down Route 66

Two more things to check off my bucket list.

Next stop, Winslow, AZ., and, a side trip down Route 66.
While staying at Crater RV Park we took a couple side trips. It was a blast getting to stand on the corner of Winslow, AZ, and, got pictures to prove it. I did get a T-Shirt, but, when we got home I realized I got an X-Large. Why? I have no idea. Needless to say, David got two T-Shirts. 
 

At the other end of town was a monument to 9-11. These are two pieces of steel from those towers. It will stop you in your tracks when you're standing next to them. 

On to Route 66.

Did you find David in the pic above? Per him, not me this time: he's the dummy sitting on the bench.

Next stop: Williams, AZ for a week to check out the Grand Canyon, Sedona, AZ, and, a little more of Route 66.
